1. 100% Unedited Photo Accuracy
Every property gallery on our platform is photographed by our internal Marrakech inspection team. If a residence materially differs from its published photo gallery upon arrival, we provide an immediate free upgrade to a superior suite or a 100% full refund.
2. On-Time Flexi-Slot Guarantee
When you reserve an Early Morning Check-In slot (+£12 · ≈ 150 MAD), we guarantee your apartment is cleaned and your Smart Lock PIN is active at your selected hour. If access is delayed by more than 15 minutes, your £12 (≈ 150 MAD) slot fee is refunded 100% plus a £16 (≈ 200 MAD) hospitality credit.
3. Verified Fiber WiFi & Climate AC
Before each check-in, our housekeeping supervisor runs a digital checklist verifying fiber-optic router speeds, hot water heaters, and air conditioning/heating units in every room.
4. Single-Use Encrypted Smart PINs
Your 6-digit door PIN is generated uniquely for your stay and permanently deleted the moment you check out, ensuring previous guests or unauthorized third parties can never re-enter.
