1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all short-term accommodation bookings, custom check-in/check-out slot reservations, luggage storage services, and airport transfers provided by Skip3PM Marrakech. By confirming a reservation on our platform or via our official WhatsApp concierge desk, you agree to these Terms.
2. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms
- All rates on our platform are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) for UK traveller convenience, alongside an estimated equivalent in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
- Standard nightly rates include accommodation, standard housekeeping, WiFi, utilities, and municipal tourist taxes (Taxe de Promotion Touristique).
- Optional Early Check-In slots (07:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and Late Check-Out slots (02:00 PM – 08:00 PM) are billed at a flat fee of +£12 (≈ 150 MAD) per selected slot.
3. Smart Lock PIN Codes & Check-In / Check-Out Rules
- Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and standard check-out is at 11:00 AM unless an Early Check-In or Late Check-Out slot has been reserved.
- Your unique 6-digit Smart Lock PIN code is personal and confidential. Sharing PIN codes with unregistered non-guests is strictly prohibited for building security.
- PIN codes automatically deactivate 30 minutes after your scheduled check-out hour so our housekeeping team can prepare the residence for incoming guests.
4. Moroccan Legal & House Rules
- Mandatory ID Registration: Under Moroccan Law 80-14, all adult guests must provide a copy of their valid passport or Moroccan National ID (CIN) prior to check-in.
- Local Couple Regulation: In compliance with Moroccan law, groups or couples involving Moroccan nationals must present a valid marriage certificate upon registration. Foreign international passport holders are exempt from this requirement.
- No Parties or Unregistered Guests: Quiet hours are observed across all residential buildings and Riads between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through our 24/7 Customer Support Desk (support@skip3pm.com) shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
