1. Data Controller Identity

This website and booking platform is operated by Skip3PM Marrakech ("we", "us", or "our"), based at Avenue Mohammed V, Immeuble Al Mansour, Guéliz, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco. We process personal data in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (overseen by the CNDP).

2. Personal Information We Collect

• Reservation & Contact Data: Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, selected check-in/check-out dates and time slots, and optional flight number (used solely to synchronize airport transfers and Smart Lock access windows).
• Statutory Guest Registration Data: In accordance with Moroccan Hospitality Law 80-14 and DGSN police reporting obligations, we collect passport or National ID (CIN) details for adult guests prior to issuing property Smart Lock PIN codes.
• Payment Data: All credit/debit card and digital wallet transactions (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Stripe) are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted payment gateways using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity & Cookie Policy

We use first-party and third-party cookies and analytics tags (including Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand how visitors interact with our property listings, and improve site usability.

• Third-party vendors, including Google and Microsoft, use cookies and non-personally identifiable behavioral metrics (such as clicks and scroll interactions) to optimize user experience and serve ads based on prior visits.
• We do not share personally identifiable information (such as your name, passport number, or WhatsApp messages) with advertising or analytics networks.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

4. How We Share & Protect Your Data

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with: (a) encrypted Smart Lock cloud infrastructure to generate your time-limited 6-digit door PIN, (b) licensed airport transfer drivers (if booked), and (c) Moroccan tourism/police authorities as required by law. All Smart Lock PIN codes are automatically purged upon check-out.
