2. When and how do I receive my Smart Lock PIN code?
Your personal 6-digit PIN code—along with offline directions and building access instructions—is sent automatically to your WhatsApp and email 12 hours before your scheduled arrival. Your code activates at your exact check-in time and remains valid until your selected check-out hour.
3. What happens if my flight to Marrakech (RAK) is delayed?
Because your entry is keyless via a digital Smart Lock PIN code, you can still enter your apartment seamlessly even if your flight lands at 2:00 AM. If you also booked a Skip3PM Airport Transfer, our drivers track your flight number live and wait at no extra fee.
4. Which payment methods are accepted, and are there hidden fees?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe secure checkout links. All prices displayed in our calculator include standard housekeeping, WiFi, air conditioning, and municipal tourist taxes. There are zero hidden fees upon arrival.
5. What ID documents are required for check-in in Morocco?
In accordance with Moroccan tourism law (DGSN hospitality registration), all adult guests must submit a photo of their passport (or Moroccan CIN) via our secure encrypted check-in link prior to receiving their active Smart Lock PIN. In accordance with Moroccan law, unmarried Moroccan citizens sharing a room must present a valid marriage certificate; international foreign tourists are exempt from this requirement.
6. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a transparent and hassle-free refund policy. You get a 100% full refund of your 25% deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
